The Law Office of Nick Stein represents victims of serious personal injury or wrongful death caused by motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products or drugs, and slip and fall accidents. Although our main focus is helping injured clients, we also provide assistance in estate planning, wills & trusts and business formation (i.e., incorporation, partnership agreements, etc.), and criminal defense.

Work on personal injury and wrongful death cases is performed on a contingency fee basis. This means that you don’t pay costs or expenses unless we win or settle your case. Other legal services are performed on a flat-fee or hourly basis.
